Community Participation Services (CPS)
Community Participation Supports (CPS) aims to support individuals with disabilities - not only to integrate within their communities, but to promote inclusion. Regardless of ability, everyone has a right to be active and accepted in their community. Engaging with the community is one of our priorities.
Behavior Specialist Consultant Services (BSC)
Our experienced professionals, including our Behavioral Specialist Consultants (BSCs), Coordinators, and our Direct Service Providers, work collaboratively to ensure comprehensive behavioral plans and care for our individuals.

Tri-State Clinical Support Services was founded in 1997 with the vision of delivering exceptional care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities across Philadelphia and its surrounding counties. We empower people with intellectual disabilities to achieve their goals by striving for greatness, fostering individuality, and creating sustainable paths to maximize independence where possible. Tri-State is dedicated to strengthening individualism and life skills that will sustain over time and ensure that individuals receive the consideration they deserve through compassionate and expert care.
Our team of compassionate, highly trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are committed to providing individuals with the tools and skills to take steps toward achieving their goals set in their Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Each of our DSPs delivers excellence of care, with their individual as their number one focus. The team strives to develop trust and partnership with each individual and their families and is passionate about empowering them to succeed. To our Tri-State family, this is more than just a job — guiding growth and fostering opportunity, no matter how challenging, is our passion. Our DSPs partner with individuals to help them blossom and reach their fullest potential through high-quality, client-centered services.
